The Challenge

Converso needed to evolve from an IM-based invoicing tool into a full AI-powered omnichannel helpdesk — enabling businesses to deploy intelligent AI agents for customer support and lead generation across WhatsApp, webchat, and SMS, all managed through a unified team inbox.

The Solution

Using Quasar with Vue 3 and TypeScript, I built the entire front-end for the platform. The application features AI agent configuration and deployment, omnichannel conversation management, seamless human handoff with full chat context, automated lead capture, workspace management with team assignments, and integration workflows connecting to external systems via APIs and webhooks.

The Results

The platform now powers AI agents that handle support queries and generate leads across multiple channels. One client reported their AI agent reduced the volume of insurance policy queries reaching the human support team by at least 50%.
